I’m Montee, or Andrew to my Mum. 😊

I’m a UX Researcher from Manchester, UK, passionate about creating user-centric experiences. Growing up in foster care, I used technology and creativity as my outlets, which sparked my interest in solving problems and improving everyday interactions.

At Pearson, my goal is to enhance user experiences by understanding their needs and behaviours. I strive to make educational tools more intuitive and accessible, ensuring that every user feels valued and supported through their learning journey.

My background includes roles as an Internal Communicator and Marketing Specialist at IKEA UK and NES Fircroft, as well as experience in the Games Industry as a Games Designer at This Guy Games. These roles have honed my skills in user research, design thinking, and creating engaging experiences.

When I’m not diving into user research, you can find me catching Pokémon🎮, stargazing with my kids 🌒, enjoying cake 🍰, rocking out to Red Hot Chili Peppers 🎸, or taking family walks 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
